Shipping Policy

Shipping can take anywhere from 5 -9 business days for clothing and 7-10 days for home and décor items. Please be patient as orders are made on-demand. Please be sure to check your email for status updates on your orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you need to return an item, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, you do not qualify for a refund. Store credit is not offered. If you need to exchange for a different size, please send an email to info@lumieremerch.com with your order number, size you purchased, and size you need. Please keep in mind that exchanges will require the same amount of shipping time as the original item. Exchanges are for sizing issues in clothing only.
